Three University of Wyoming tennis players received all-Mountain West recognition Wednesday.
Senior Magdalena Stencel and junior Elisa Koonik were both honored as singles players, while Koonik and Tessa van Der Ploeg earned distinction for their double work.
For Stencel, who has gone 11-5 this spring as the Cowgirls' No. 1 singles player, it was her fourth all-conference selection.
Wyoming begins play in the MW Championship on Friday in Boise, Idaho, when it takes on San Diego State. The Cowgirls enter the tournament as the No. 5 seed while the Aztecs are seeded No. 4.
