The University of Wyoming Soccer team was unable to capitalize on the 21 shots they took as they ended up drawing with the University Northern of Iowa on Aug. 24.
The Cowgirls were the aggressors for most of the game by keeping the ball primarily on the UNI side of the field. UNI goalkeeper Jami Reichenberger was kept busy by Wyoming’s 21 shots, many of which ended up going wide or high, and was able to save all 9 shots that were on goal.
UNI did not have as many opportunities, but they were able to get 11 shots off, four of which were on goal.
