The football team is now 3-0 on the season, and yet it doesn’t feel like it. Sure the victory against Missouri was pretty sweet, but it is clear there is a lot of work to do if we want to keep the winning streak going with conference play coming up.
We have won with our rushing and defense when it matters most. The Cowboys have been relying on their running backs to make a difference in the game. They went for 237 yards with their rushing to score two important touchdowns from Trey Smith while the passing game in turn suffered.
