The University of Wyoming wrestling team won its final seven matches in Sunday's dual against Oregon State in Corvallis, Oregon, to post a 29-12 victory.
The 11th-ranked Cowboys dropped the first three matches to fall behind 12-0 before they got rolling.
Seventh-ranked Montorie Bridges got things started for the Pokes with a 19-6 major decision at 133 pounds. UW earned bonus points in its next two matches with No. 1 Bryce Meredith winning 10-2 at 141 and No. 19 Sam Turner winning 11-2 at 149.
"You always take a chance when you draw and find out what weight you're starting at," UW coach Mark Branch said in a release.
