The Cowgirls (2-0-1) struck first when Annika Clayton assisted on Michaela Stark's goal in the 56th minute. But the Grizzlies (2-0-1) answered with Hallie Widner's goal late. It was the first goal of the season allowed by UW and junior goalkeeper Georgia Rowntree.
