Indiana State runs away from Wyoming to take a 70-55 win

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Matt Van Scyock converted a layup and added a free throw seconds later to spark Indiana State's 19-2 first-half run that carried the Sycamores to a 70-55 win over Wyoming in the Mountain West Conference Challenge Monday night.

Wyoming held a three-point lead, 13-10, midway through the first half when Van Scyock, who finished with 13 points, tied the score at 13-13. Devonte Brown converted a 3-point play to help stoke the run en route to his team-high 15 points to go with seven rebounds and seven assists. Brandon Murphy scored five points in the run and finished with 10.
