Charged with two counts of aggravated assault and battery with the threat to use a drawn deadly weapon, UW Cowboy football freshman defensive back Allen Smith III was booked into Albany County Detention Center last Friday.
In an affidavit filed with the court, according to the Casper Star Tribune, it stated that Smith had asked the two people who had driven him to the Verge apartments to drop off laundry if they wanted to see his gun. When he came back from the apartment, he pointed the unloaded gun at their heads and pulled the trigger eight times, four for each person.
