Football Commentary: Drenched in San Diego defense

Aided only by a late Tristan Bailey field goal, the Wyoming Cowboys failed on multiple accounts to move the ball against the San Diego Aztecs, and more importantly, failed to steal a win.

“San Diego State is a very good football team,” head coach Craig Bohl said. “I felt like they wore us down a little bit as the game went on. They are a veteran, physical football team, and their maturity showed tonight. They have a big offensive line, talented running backs and a very aggressive defense.”

Bohl has rattled off this line more than once this year, and he is never wrong on this account.
