The University of Wyoming women's tennis team needed a comeback but the Cowgirls upended Northern Arizona with a 4-3 victory late Saturday.
Northern Arizona earned the doubles point before Elisa Koonik won her singles match 6-1, 6-3 and Magdalena Stencel held on for a 6-2, 6-7, 6-1 victory at No. 1 singles. Milka Genkova and Ana Tkachenko, both freshmen, closed the clash with two big wins to seal the victory for the Cowgirls.
