The Wyoming Cowgirls Volleyball team lost 1-3 against the San Diego State Aztecs this Saturday in the Arena-Auditorium. The game now marks the Cowgirls 4th loss in a row, giving them a 0-4 mark to start out Mountain West conference play.
The first set was a strong one from the Cowgirls, as they found themselves breaking away from the Aztecs near the middle of the set with a 5-0 run from 15-12. The Cowgirls extended this lead and never looked back, cruising to a 25-17 win on the set.
The second set saw intense back and forth action from the Aztecs and Cowgirls, as neither team could string together a run to pull ahead of the other.
