A big game went down Saturday at the Arena Auditorium with the Wyoming Cowboys playing the Colorado State University Rams in Border Wars 2019.
The Cowboys were 5-17 this season and the Rams were 9-14. The rivalry between the two teams made for an exciting game Saturday.
The Cowboys were coming off of a loss against Air Force, 76-81 in two over times. In that game alone, the Cowboys had a season-high of 15 three pointers and made 9 of them in the second half, but it wasn’t enough for the win. The Cowboys have been shooting close to 50 percent in the past few games and hoped to bring that to Saturday’s game to bounce back from the loss.
