Wisconsin shook up the college basketball world in a major way by toppling No. 2 Michigan on the road. Bracketologists were scrambling to their computers to figure out how much madness this created in their projections. Why? Well, before the game, Wisconsin was projected to miss the field by about every major pundit, and Michigan was projected to be the number one overall seed.
In other words, Wisconsin was considered a very mid-level team, and Michigan was considered the best team in all of basketball. Now, with just one win, Wisconsin is flying up the bracket rankings, while many are trying to figure out how much that affects Michigan's projection.
