Ava Markham earned a singles victory and teamed with Miruna Tudor to win a doubles match for the University of Wisconsin women's tennis team at the Marliss Gruver Fall Invitational on Sunday in Auburn, Alabama.
At the Battle in the Bay in San Francisco, UW's Charmaine Seah won twice and advanced to the consolation finals where she was defeated by 22nd-ranked Solymar Colling from San Diego. Antonela Stoica also picked up a singles victory for the Badgers.
