Madison — Wisconsin tailback Corey Clement started out 2016 in style.
"I took almost a month off my legs just to recuperate," Clement said Tuesday morning after UW finished the second practice of the spring. "No lifting at all. I'm getting back to it."
Clement's regrettable 2015 season is a cautionary tale:
He suffered a sports hernia during the summer, played sparingly in the opener against Alabama and then was held out of the next three games because the medical staff suspected he was slowed by a groin injury.
