After an up and down season the Wisconsin Badgers (17-12 overall, 10-10 Big Ten) finally know where they are heading for the NCAA Tournament. Well, “heading” is a relative term as UW is already in Indianapolis and the entire tournament will take place in the Hoosier State, but you know what we mean.
The Badgers are the 9-seed in the South Region and will be facing off with the 8-seed North Carolina Tar Heels (18-10 overall, 10-6 ACC) out of the ACC in the first round. We will learn times and TV networks later in the week, but this year the NCAA Tournament doesn’t start on Thursday, but Friday instead.
