Wisconsin Football Spring Recruiting Visits Focus on ‘Culture and Environment’

Wisconsin Badgers head football coach Luke Fickell and his staff held its first spring practice of the offseason on Friday at the McClain Center. The practice was reportedly fast-paced and very chippy.

On-field action aside, this marks the beginning of an important window for the Badgers’ recruitment department as they host potential targets on campus to bolster their 2025 recruiting class, which currently boasts nine verbal commitments and looks to expand further in the coming months.

“I hope that they come in here and they get a good sense of what the culture and environment is really like,” Fickell told reporters.
