The Wisconsin Badgers football program saw its first player enter the transfer portal in the spring window on Saturday.
Redshirt sophomore quarterback Nick Evers took to social media to announce that he will enter the transfer portal.
“Reflecting on my time at Madison, I’ll look back at it as a place of immense growth for me both on and off the field. For that, I’m truly thankful to Coach Fickell and the entire staff for that growth,” Evers said.

Evers will have three years of eligibility remaining at his next stop.
