The latest round of junior day visits to campus for Wisconsin Badgers head football coach Luke Fickell and his staff put them in a good position with a handful of top 2025 recruiting targets.
One target, in particular, the Badgers made a move on was three-star edge rusher Samuel Lateju from Lawrenceville, New Jersey, and might even be the team to beat in his recruitment.
“It was a wholesome experience,” Lateju said of his visit. “Madison has a lot to offer both academically and for football. They are very welcoming and run a similar defense to what I’m used to.
