Spencer Lytle, an outside linebacker from St. John Bosco High School in California, will be choosing between the Clemson and Wisconsin football programs on August 4th.
The three-star linebacker from California has a very interesting final two schools for a recruit that far out west. Even when comparing the two you find it’s been a strange recruitment for Lytle. Clemson has been in the last three College Football Playoffs, while Wisconsin has struggled to earn respect on the national level. Regardless, it appears Lytle will attend one of the two for the next few years.
Clemson was the early leader for Lytle and was ahead in the race as recently as April.
