The news that the 2016 season of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” will center on the Los Angeles Rams means that a pair of former Wisconsin football players could get some run on TV outside of weekly Sunday action.
Two former Badgers – tight end Lance Kendricks and offensive tackle Rob Havenstein – currently play for the Rams.
It’s pretty obvious one of the major themes of the show this season will be the move of the franchise from St. Louis to Los Angeles. Other major plot lines will likely include running back Todd Gurley and the quarterback battle between Case Keenum and Nick Foles, who split starts last season.
