Aaron Witt is your newest Wisconsin football commit. He is a 3-star, 6-5 230 pound defensive end from Winona, Minnesota. He is the 34th ranked strong-side defensive end according to 247 Sports.
Witt had actually committed to Minnesota in November of 2018 but then de-committed in May. After about a month of being back on the market, Witt settled on Iowa to play for the Hawkeyes. In July, Wisconsin pulled the trigger and offered Witt.
Now, Witt flipped his commitment to Wisconsin and made his announcement via his Twitter page.
I will be flipping to the University of Wisconsin from the University of Iowa, Wisconsin has been my dream school and I just could not turn down this opportunity.
