Wisconsin finishes international trip with 83-71 win over Sydney Kings

That’s the way a team bounces back from a rough exhibition loss.

In the last game of its international tour to New Zealand and Australia, Wisconsin defeated the Sydney Kings 83-71 on Tuesday in Sydney.

True freshman guard Brad Davison led the team with 23 points on 7-of-12 shooting (2-of-4 from three-point range) and converted all seven of his free throw attempts in almost 31 minutes.

Redshirt junior forward Ethan Happ contributed a well-rounded game, registering 15 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, four steals and three blocks.

Sophomore guard D’Mitrik Trice played over 32 minutes in the victory, scoring 16 points (7-of-13 shooting) while recording four rebounds and assists apiece.
