The news out of Wisconsin's fall camp practice was alarming when starting center Jake Renfro went down with a noticeable injury. It looked serious and someone that could be long-term; however, the update from Wisconsin is that he didn't suffer any "significant structural damage" with the potential that he will be back by the opening game against Miami (OH).
This is great news for the Badgers as Jake Renfro is an anchor on their offensive line and one of the best NFL draft prospects on the roster. If the Badgers are going to have success this year, it's going to be coming from the offensive line, and he's an integral part of that line.
