Wisconsin is starting the transfer portal off at the top of their wish list with a top-tier quarterback. Luke Fickell and his staff are bringing in one of the most sought-after names in the portal, Colton Joseph, in hopes that they can finally land a quarterback who can stay healthy and help them win. Joseph knows a lot about winning, as he did a lot of it at Old Dominion.
According to Greg Biggins of On3.com, Joseph will be starting his visit to Wisconsin later today. While he's considering other schools, Fickell is hoping he decides to just stay in Madison and become the future quarterback for the Badgers.
