The Wisconsin Badgers have seen several players announce their intentions to enter the transfer portal this offseason, as the portal officially opened on Monday, December 4th.

Skyler Bell became the first key rotational player to announce his intentions to transfer, as the slot receiver is moving on after his role diminished due to the ascendance of Will Pauling this year.
