Wisconsin Badgers flip former FIU commit RB Qwantavius Wiggins

Wisconsin football’s stunning upset of No. 23 Washington last Saturday is already paying dividends.

Tuesday afternoon, the Badgers secured a pledge from 2026 running back prospect Qwantavius “Fatboy” Wiggins, a three-star recruit out of Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia. Wiggins was in attendance as the Badgers toppled Washington, and he says that was the catalyst for him flipping his commitment from Florida International. Wiggins also fielded interest from Auburn and Florida State before flipping to Wisconsin.

“Really just when I went on my visit, they treated me like family and the atmosphere was great and I just enjoyed the game,” he told BadgerNotes.
