Joel Stave is getting another shot in the NFL.
The Washington Redskins signed the former Wisconsin Badgers quarterback to their practice squad, the team announced on Tuesday.
Stave was most recently with the Kansas City Chiefs in training camp this summer after signing to the AFC West organization’s practice squad last November.
The former Wisconsin walk-on bounced between multiple organizations last season, working with the Chiefs’ practice squad after a brief stay with the Seattle Seahawks from Oct. 26 to Nov. 1. He initially was placed on the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad from Sept.
