Wisconsin Badgers linebacker Vince Biegel and defensive back Michael Caputo have been named to the Bednarik Award watch list.
The Bednarik Award, named for Chuck Bednarik, is presented annually to the top defensive player in college football, as chosen by the Maxwell Football Club.

Both Biegel and Caputo are first-time watch listers for the Bednarik Award, which features 28 linebackers and 10 safeties this year.
