There's new Nyzier Fourqurean news in his effort to play Wisconsin football this year. He's filed a preliminary injunction with the district courts to play before his October 20th trial. The original date was scheduled to be the end of September, but it has been moved to the end of October, which would cause irreparable damage according to Fourqurean's lawyers, and thus the need for the injunction.
The case is going before Judge Conley with a requested expedited timeline, and news could be sooner than later for the star defensive back for the Badgers. If the courts rule in his favor, Fourqurean could play and practice as soon as the decision is made.
