Wisconsin's starting defensive back, Nyzier Fourqurean, is in a battle with the NCAA over eligibility. It's truly a mess, so much so that even Luke Fickell didn't want to touch it at his weekly press conference. That being said, Fourqurean is waiting to hear back on his injunction that could allow him to play this season. The expectation is that a decision from the district courts will come this week.
Why this week? Mainly, because this is the first premier game that Wisconsin has on its schedule. The whole basis of the injunction is that not playing in these top-tier games is costing him revenue and NFL exposure.
