Another class of 2018 Wisconsin Badgers signee will look to play college basketball elsewhere, as the Wisconsin State Journal’s Jim Polzin reported on Tuesday afternoon that forward Taylor Currie is set to leave the program and is in the transfer portal.
Polzin further reports that the 6’8, 226-pound Currie will play basketball at Mott Community College in Flint, Mich., next season.
During the 2018-19 season, Currie redshirted his first year at UW and did not see any time on the court. He verbally committed to Wisconsin in October 2017.
