The No. 14 Wisconsin Badgers (7-2 overall, 4-2 B1G) travel to balmy Lincoln, Nebraska on Saturday morning to do battle with the Nebraska Cornhuskers (4-5 overall, 2-4 B1G) for the Freedom Trophy.
The Badgers still have hope of winning the B1G West division title if they continue to win and a certain team to the north and west loses, but their focus needs to be fully on the Huskers and not on what might happen in Iowa City.
Jonathan Taylor has had some luck against the Huskers in his career, as has every Wisconsin running back that has suited up since Nebraska joined the B1G but that’s neither here nor there, and he and the Badgers will be looking to control the clock against a Nebraska defense that can be worn down.
