Here are some fun facts, courtesy of the UW Athletic Department, on the shorthanded Wisconsin Badgers win at home against the No. 14 Michigan State Spartans.
- The Badgers have now played 13 Quadrant 1 games, the most of any team in the nation.
- Wisconsin now has six Quadrant 1 wins on its resume. Entering Saturday, only Kansas (eight), Baylor (seven), Butler (seven) and Seton Hall (seven) had more.
- Gard has led the Badgers to 17 wins over AP Top 25 teams since taking over in December of 2015, including a 9-6 mark at the Kohl Center.
