That is amazing. Truly a thing of beauty.
I cannot imagine any circumstance in which I would love a foodstuff enough to eat three pounds of it. That said, I am not seven feet tall. Regardless, we should all stand in awe that some brave and noble soul used his or her engineering training to create this work of art.
