The Minnesota Vikings literally could not cut undrafted free agent Joe Huber. He earned a spot on the roster with his incredible preseason performance. The former Wisconsin Badger was rated the top rookie offensive lineman in week one of the preseason and ended the preseason as the top-ranked run blocker. The Vikings gave him tons of snaps to prove he didn't belong, and yet, he continued to prove the doubters wrong.
This shouldn't come as a surprise to those who have followed Joe Huber's career. He started as a walk-on at the University of Cincinnati. He then transferred to Wisconsin, where he was shuffled around the line and had moments where it wasn't guaranteed he would be a mainstay on the line.
