Former Wisconsin Badgers players continue to find rookie minicamp destinations as undrafted free agents. Former defensive lineman Elijah Hills is heading to the San Francisco 49ers for rookie minicamp, the school announced on Monday.
Hills, a transfer from Albany this past season, had 21 pressures and three sacks as Wisconsin’s top defensive lineman in 2024. Prior to that, Hills had 59 tackles and 5.5 sacks over two seasons at Albany.
Wisconsin saw two of its former players drafted in the 2025 NFL Draft, as Hunter Wohler went to the Indianapolis Colts, while Jack Nelson went to the Atlanta Falcons, with both happening during the seventh round.
