There's no crime in a little bit of a petty watch as Wisconsin fans were rooting for Miami to get blasted by Notre Dame. That didn't happen, but one of the primary reasons Wisconsin fans wanted the downfall of the Hurricanes was due to Xavier Lucas and the whole tampering situation. The silver lining is that Xavier Lucas was terrible against Notre Dame last night—either a complete non-factor or actively struggling.
According to PFF, he was 61.5 overall, which is bottom-tier average at best, but a bad score for someone expected to be a star defensive back.
