Wisconsin fans are impressive ball knowers; they've always been alert and active during the game. They also know who ultimately needs to step in and fix the mess of this football program. It won't be Chris McIntosh who seems to be sitting on his hands. It will have to come from the top, Chancellor Jennifer Mnookin. During the Iowa game, the fans let her hear their frustration, booing her at halftime, too.
Really, there's not much other reason the fans would dislike her except that she also seems to be sitting on her hands. She has the power to stop the bleeding, and instead, she seems to be letting it get worse.
