The good news just keeps coming for the University of Wisconsin women’s golf team.
The Badgers learned late Monday they had been awarded a third consecutive NCAA tournament berth.
On Tuesday, sophomore and Edgerton native Brooke Ferrell was named a second-team member of the All-Big Ten Conference team.
UW is the No. 14 seed in the 18-team St. George (Utah) regional, which will be played May 7-9 at Entrada Snow Canyon Country Club. The top six teams and top three individuals will advance from each regional to the NCAA championship May 22-27 at Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida.
