The Wisconsin Badgers had a strong 2024-25 season, thanks to the emergence of star transfer John Tonje, who averaged 19.6 points and 5.3 rebounds, while shooting 46.5 percent from the field and 38.8 percent from three.
Tonje, a transfer from Missouri, was one of the biggest revelations in college basketball this season, as he averaged just 2.3 points per game in eight contests for the Tigers in 2023-24.
Now, he’s poised to be selected in the 2025 NBA Draft, having been invited to the Draft Combine earlier this week.
Tonje measured in at 6-foot-4 and 3/4 inches barefoot and 211 pounds, while having a 6-foot-9 wingspan and 8-foot-7 standing reach there at the Combine.
