Badgers get a transfer portal wide receiver after losing two to the portal

The Wisconsin Badgers landed a wide receiver in the transfer portal on Wednesday, adding a commitment from Hawaii wide receiver Dekel Crowdus.

Crowdus, who stands 5’11, 175 pounds, caught 16 passes for 402 yards and four touchdowns as a junior for Hawaii, which resulted in an impressive 25.1 yards per catch.

A former four-star recruit coming out of high school, Crowdus was on a visit to Wisconsin last week before deciding to commit to the program, and now provides the Badgers with the depth they were looking for at wide receiver.

Crowdus was a four-star recruit in the Class of 2021, initially starting his career at Kentucky.
