Moraga, Ca. (Campolindo) athlete/safety John Torchio announced on Tuesday night that he was committing to Wisconsin via Twitter.
As of Wednesday morning, Wisconsin has not officially announced that it has received his signed and faxed his National Letter of Intent (NLI).
Torchio is rated a three-star athlete by 247Sports’ standalone rankings and a two-star safety by Rivals.
