1. Dotty Dumpling's Dowry 317 N Frances St Madison, WI 53703 - Best burger in Madison hands down! Dotty's has been featured on the Food Network's of "Best Burger in America" and they clearly deserved to be featured. The melting pot burger and the basil mozarella burger are must eats as well as the fried cheese curds with english garlic sauce.

2. MacTaggarts 230 W Lakelawn Pl Madison, WI 53703 - The sandwiches are amazing! The subs are juicy and the breakfast sandwiches are nice and gooey. Tag's subs are better than Pinkus McBride's subs and part of the reason for this may be that Tag's has better bread.

3. State Street Brats 603 State St Madison, WI 53703 - Another great staple of Madison that is a must try with their amazing selection of brats and burgers. This place has a great atmosphere to watch a game as well with an amazing sports vibe. The brats are outstanding and the roll the brats are served on do not over power the flavor of the sausage.
