If Nikolaj Ehlers fits in quickly with the Winnipeg Jets, they will have a flashy forward at their disposal.
Plus: With the acquisition of Tyler Myers at last season’s trade deadline, the Winnipeg Jets have quietly built one of the most tenacious top-four defensemen groupings in the NHL. Led by Myers, Dustin Byfuglien, Toby Enstrom and Jacob Trouba, the unit has a nice mix of size and offensive ability. The Jets have a nice blend of proven veteran forwards and a bunch of playmaking prospects that are just itching for NHL time.
