Hoping Little can play
HE stood out for all the right reasons.
And as a result the Winnipeg Jets have their fingers crossed for a quick return of Bryan Little from injury.
The Jets No. 1/1A centre missed Saturday's loss to Florida after a nasty collision with Tampa Bay Lightning defenceman Anton Stralman last Thursday. He apparently had his neck X-rayed after the Tampa game and was kept out of the contest against the Panthers two nights later.
But he was back on the ice Monday at MTS Iceplex wearing a bright yellow non-contact jersey and pushed his pace hard.
