Winnipeg Jets rookie phenom Patrik Laine skated this morning for the first time since suffering a concussion on Jan. 7.
The 18-year-old Finnish right-winger has been sidelined since being injured on a heavy mid-ice hit from Buffalo Sabres defenceman Jake McCabe.
"He gets through to the point we're comfortable, gets back on the ice," reported Jets head coach Paul Maurice, whose club hosts the Arizona Coyotes tonight at 6:30 p.m. "So all the things that have gone on, light bike rides he got through and was fine.
