ST. LOUIS – Dustin Byfuglien got his deal and now Andrew Ladd waits.
The Winnipeg Jets captain said Tuesday morning he still has no sense as to how Byfuglien’s new five-year deal with the club might impact his future, either in Manitoba or elsewhere. Ladd is an unrestricted free agent this summer and while rumours of a deal being close to done have been circulating since the 2015 NHL Draft last June, he has yet to put pen to paper.
