PENTICTON, B.C. — Regaining some expected form, the Winnipeg Jets sprung to life today at the Canucks Young Stars Classic at the South Okanagan Events Centre.
Scott Kosmachuk scored his first goal of the tournament at 2:09 of the three-on-three overtime period and lifted the Jets to a 5-4 victory over the prospects of the Edmonton Oilers.
Winnipeg, which started and finished this game strongly, ended the four-team tournament with one win in three games.
