Jets washed out by Hurricanes in Carolina

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Winnipeg Jets rallied but came up just short against the Carolina Hurricanes on Sunday evening.

The Jets (9-10-2) dropped their last third straight on the road.

Carolina (7-6-4) has now won four straight.

Winnipeg goalie Connor Hellebuyck had a solid performance, stopping 37 shots.
