Get out the your Jets jerseys and scarves, Winnipeg — this year Winnipeg Jets fan can catch the home opener on a 15-foot outdoor screen in the Exchange District Friday.
Fans can revel together at the Cube stage in Old Market Square and watch a live broadcast as the Jets take on the Calgary Flames.
All fans are invited to come and watch the team take flight and douse the Flames.
"We are proud to work with local businesses to create a 'True North' experience in the Exchange," said Brian Timmerman, Executive Director of the Exchange District BIZ.
